Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

Mark was fantastic! He was knowledgable and able to identify our issue quickly when other plumbers could not. We had snake head break off in our drain from before we bought our home. Other plumbers thought we needed complete sewer line replacement at 5k+ per line. Mark knew within minutes by sending down his camera during the complimentary consultation. We've called City Wide Plumbing several time as issues arise with our home of 30 years, we always get a timely response, courteous service and great advise.

We hired Roy Dossey Plumbing to fix a leak coming from the bottom of a toilet. The technician advised that the issue was simply that the wax ring needed to be replaced/doubled up, which was done and the issue was fixed. However, the reason for my negative review is that they ruined our flooring in the process. Our flooring was just a year old! In the process of removing the caulking, the plumber chipped our laminate flooring in several places. There was one panel of flooring that was slightly wet due to the leak, so I accepted the couple nicks in the floor, although I was upset about it. The plumber did a sloppy caulking job, so we requested they come out to remove it so we could do it ourselves. They came out to remove the caulking and chipped the flooring again, but on the opposite side (where the floor had not gotten wet).

I contacted the manager, Cathi, to express my concern. I had no intention for asking for anything, but thought it was important to share the experience so this doesn’t happen to someone else. I was polite, but expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction, as we will now have to replace our flooring in the bathroom. She was immediately defensive, telling me how long they’ve been in business (that is irrelevant to the issue). She told me that the chips in the flooring is just a consequence of pulling the toilet up and it’s bound to happen, and to buy a bigger toilet to cover it. I would need a pretty huge toilet to cover their mistakes. Rather than try to understand my frustration, Cathi continued to make excuses. My issue is not the slight scratching where the caulking was, my issue is the chunks of wood that are inches away from the toilet, which is just poor workmanship. I sent her pictures and she stated that she would also send me pictures that her employee sent her. She also said she would speak to both men that worked in our home and would follow up with me. It has been two weeks and I have not received pictures, a follow up call, or even an apology. I will never do business with this company again.

If you do choose to do business with this company, I recommend taking before pictures, and possibly standing over their shoulder to watch them work. I posted pictures of the damage with Yelp review.

Called this morning with a plumbing emergency and Tom arrived early! Stayed until the job was done right! We can't say enough how nice and professional they are. They are experts in the plumbing business!!

I had a huge plumbing problem. I thought it was going to be a mess. They fixed it within an hour. Best plumbing company in town!

Leak Detection was what they were called for, they had a leak detection company do the leak detection (leak was not where indicated), MVP plumbing Salesman wanted to sell me a Pressure relief valve for the service line, a Tankless water heater, and a soft water system, none of which was the reason for calling MVP, they then gave me a quote for repair that was outrageous. I will not consider MVP Plumbing for any further work.

King plumbing and ac took care of my heating issue last week when two other companies could not. Jason was very knowledgeable and informed me of the problem right away. He was here less than an hour and my heat was working again. Very polite and professional. I will recommend this company to all of my friends and my family!

Mr Garrett came with his team Bob and Logan this morning. They took care of my problems very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely using them for any of my future plumbing needs. If you are looking at this review, most likely you are looking for a plumber, you should call them now!
