Jamie just finished up fixing our shower that had been running full HOT for the last 2 months. We had the water heater replaced so we knew it couldn't be that. I gave Jamie a call after seeing him recommended by our neighbors on Next Door and he was able to tell me what the problem was over the phone after answering a few easy questions.Jamie was on time, super personable and all of my pets visited with him as he worked in the bathroom. We feared we would have to replace the shower handle because of how bad the build-up was and it would have been easy for any plumber to suggest it for a few extra bucks, but Jamie wanted to try some other options before having to resort to replacing it completely. We received a quote, Richard was super communicative via text (my choice since I was working), was able to get us in the next day! Morning of, got a text confirming time and arrived promptly.
