Junior was punctual, professional and polite!

Reached out to the plumber in the morning and they were at the house ready to go within the hour. Told me what was wrong and fixed it right up for a very affordable price. The plumber was very nice and taught me a lot about what went wrong and some other issues I should look out for going forward. Checked some of my other pipes and gave me good advice. I will 100% be using them again, the whole process from arrival to departure was maybe an hour, and that was with me slowing everyone down LOL!

I have a service contract with them and they do a great job. I will continue to use them in future.

Jaimie was sent out by my home warranty company. He is the best plumber we have ever had. I will request him time and time again. And, will call him when we have repairs needed that the warranty company doesn't cover. Jaimie is fast, efficient, honest and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional plumber.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Not sure about plumbing ability, but one of their guys was super agressive driving that big truck like a sports car. 8/10 at 730pm on 99th ave and lake pleasent roads. Couldnt tell he was speeding (atleast 60 in a 40 area) so i turned left in front of him and he had to brake. Instead of just a honk or somthing, he decides to ride my compact cars tail, and then violently accelerates around the right side and agressively stares me and my husband down. He was so busy being agressive and trying to intimidate us, that he missed his turn and had to enter a walmart parking lot to turn around and make his turn.

Would never, ever, do business with people like that.

Curtis was honest, fair priced, and his work was exceptional. Curtis will be the only plumber we use from now on.

Rob was great! He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and even showed me the parts he was using before installation. He tested everything multiple times and reassured me of the warranty. Everything looks great and I will definitely be using this company in the future for any plumbing needs!

Terry and his company came out to my vacation home very promptly and installed a new water heater. Before I knew it he had already installed it! Looked great and very professional. The drain in my bathroom sink was completely clogged. I poured so many different chemicals down the drain and nothing was working. Elite Rooter sent Isaac Solis to my rescue. He was on time, very polite, professionally, and knowledgeable. Isaac got the job done quickly. Now hopefully my girls won't put anything else down the drain.
