I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Alex, the owner, returned my call to ask what I needed his help with concerning my water heater. After a brief conversation he explained he could help but suggested I go buy the tool myself which would save me over $100. I thanked Alex for his honesty and suggestion.

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Seriously, look no farther for your plumbing services. Hansen family plumbing is the one to go with. Hands down best service. I had a huge problem in my guest bathroom that came up unexpected which requires replacing pipes under the bathtub asap. They not only came out within a day of calling but took care of the problem quickly.
I got many quotes from local plumbers around phoenix, and hansen family not only gave me an amazing price quote but we’re able to replace the plumbing without having to demo the bathroom (which the other company’s wanted to instead charge me for).
