I had another slab leak and this time called AZ Preferred Plumbing to repipe the entire house. The tech came to the house within two hours and detailed everything the company would do. He was knowledgeable, assuring and everything he promised came true. Every person from AZ Preferred Plumbing wore a mask, was friendly, and highly competent. The plumbers did a masterful job and the city inspector was very impressed. AZ Preferred Plumbing actually corrected the work done by another company 9 months earlier. I’m addition to the personable and skilled workers, the office staff is friendly and highly efficient. I highly recommend this company.

This is the worse plunming services at all levels. Extremely unprofessional and does not respect appointments. Kept making promisses and lied eveytime. Did not show up for promised appointments multiple times. They made wrong diagnosis and were unable to cix a simple sink issue after two weeks of not showing up and lying. Advice for the wise. Stay away and find professional plummer that will respect your time.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

I've known Jeff Lawson personally for over 6 years, even before he started his business. I had them replace a water heater in a home we just purchased. His employee Kevin did a wonderful job, very professional and now we have a commercial grade water heater at only a little more than box store prices. Wouldn't call anyone else. Jeff's integrity is the best!
