$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Had a major clog that backed up the sewer drain from the middle of my front yard into my bathtub. Called Jaime around 10am and he was at my house and working on the problem within about an hour. Jaime was very responsive, arrived quickly and managed to unclog the sewer pipe and get everything working. The service was great and will definitely use him again.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

I noticed a soft spot on my drywall and instantly feared the worst. I contacted Second opinion plumbing and within a couple of hours Brandon came to inspect the damage. He said it was not an active leak and the water damage was from our shower leaking into the drywall and recommended a couple alternatives for repair. I appreciate the honesty and responsiveness and I will absolutely use them in the future!

Unprofessional rude staff.

A few days ago Robbie came by and had to jack-hammer my stucco and foundation to get to a years old rupture in the drain pipe under the home I just bought. He worked until well after dark to make sure the job was done right. Today he stopped by again to explain his process of repair and how the drain under the house was configured and damaged. I had questions for him on another matter, and he spent 40 minutes explaining how he could re-pope a potential remodel idea I had!

This company and Robbie in particular are amazing, dedicated, and honest brokers. You won’t regret calling!

We had a great experience with them. They came fast and fixed everything in one day. They also were cheaper by a good amount with a better warranty.
