This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

I would definitely recommend this company!!!! Everything was excellent. The girl answering the phone (I forgot her name unfortunately) was super nice and professional. And the service tech Andy was great and quick to arrive! He did great diagnostic work and ultimately it was a bad capacitor. The best part of this company is they came in just a couple hours AND it was the Fourth of July. I’m so so grateful they came out on a holiday and got my AC running. So grateful and will definitely use this company again

Was referred to this company by Gold Star plumbing. They were able to come within an hour of calling them to check a broken fuse on our circuit breaker. Though they didn’t have the right fuse type to replace it, they went to Home Depot to purchase the correct one. Overall they were very quick, knowledgeable, and showed me how to replace the fuse in the future. I appreciate the great service!

This most recent, and likely final, fix from Hansen Family included an entire unearthing of the original install and subsequent redo of the complex unit. I am completely confident that, had we originally gone with someone else, and ran into a similar issue, or worse, we would be up to our eyes with grief. WOW!! I wish I could give Cactus Valley Plumbing more than 5 stars, especially Ronnie! We've had multiple plumbing issues since moving into our house, and have utilized multiple companies. We called Cactus Valley Plumbing with a late evening water heater emergency and Ronnie showed up at our house in less than an hour. He was extremely professional, courteous, and trustworthy. He explained to us what happened and showed up early the following morning to replace our water heater with a new tankless system. He had everything fixed and working like new in record time.
