They showed up in a timely fashion, got the job done fairly quick and charged reasonable prices!! Overall thought it was great service, I recommend them all day long.

Very nice men but they're not supposed to fix a leaky valve; told me to get a landscaper. I thought the leak was caused by a broken pipe--but no such thing.
Guys were very friendly and explained why they are not supposed to handle that type of problem.

Our garage flooded after our hot water heater went out. The owner came out right away and explained all of our options and stopped the flooding. I’ve had bad experiences with other plumbers in the past who charged insane amounts of money by the hour and found a way to extend the time it took. I knew from the beginning that this wasn’t the case with Cactus Valley Plumbing. Ronnie installed our tankless water heater was very knowledgeable, friendly and left everything very clean when he was finished. I would definitely recommend them to everyone we know!

Eric came out and did a great job repairing some outdoor and indoor plumbing for our Casita. Hacienda also installed our tub and shower for Casita. Keith the owner came by to ensure structure for the tub was stable and reinforced it as needed. This company is a joke and the owner is the biggest clown to treat n talk to customers the way he does him & his company is Bait and switch. Company will say one thing and do another. Paid for services didn't receive. Owner called my brother I recorded it on speaker I just might release on TikTok he started to interrupted my bro and started cursing at the end of conversation and started threatening him not a smart move for a business owner !!!Don't waste your time.
