I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Josh is amazing at what he does, he is very knowledgeable about his work. He is always on time and is very responsive to my calls, he answers any questions I need, he always gets the job done fast and efficiently. Left huge mess in my unit with insulation everywhere. Employee had no tools and borrowed mine. Did a hack job and now two months later AC is broken again. This will be the third time this year. Horrible!

I was very happy with the work that Jaimie did. I emailed him at J.I.Plumbing he contacted me within minutes of my email. We setup a time that he could come over that same day to look over the job. He looked over the project that I needed done and gave me a quote. The price was fair he indicated a date and time he could return to do the job. He showed up on time ready to work. Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Quick friendly and professional service

Let's just say this company was referred by our insurance company and we would never use them again. They sent out a service man to our home and after he left my mother noticed jewelry missing. My mother who is 70... had a wedding ring and her mother's ring missing from the same area which the employee was working. I can't express the disappointment. We reported it to the company, the insurance company and the police. The rings had very little monetary value but, sentimental value was tremendous. Shame on the employee!
