Hired this company to fix my tankless gas water heater, that broke because of poor installing of another plumper. Its never easy to fix someones mess ups. Alex was very patient, took his time to figure out the issue and to be on the phone with the manufacture to get new parts.
Also had a water softener installed at another home. They do very clean job, knowledgable and professional.

Gavin was personable, professional and went the extra mile! Very patient with my many questions, as well.

Came out almost within an hour of making the phone call and were earlier than the time frame they gave. I called for water pressure issue and wound up getting all sorts of things taken care of. Very polite and intelligent.

Our bathtub faucet broke on New Year's Eve, we ultimately had to turn the water off to the entire house because it wouldn't stop running at full volume. We opted to wait until the next morning to get service and Lawson Family Plumbing was able to schedule us that morning and replace the faucet and carbon inside.
