Best Plumbing Work in Chandler AZ

This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

Jamie just finished up fixing our shower that had been running full HOT for the last 2 months. We had the water heater replaced so we knew it couldn't be that. I gave Jamie a call after seeing him recommended by our neighbors on Next Door and he was able to tell me what the problem was over the phone after answering a few easy questions.Jamie was on time, super personable and all of my pets visited with him as he worked in the bathroom. We feared we would have to replace the shower handle because of how bad the build-up was and it would have been easy for any plumber to suggest it for a few extra bucks, but Jamie wanted to try some other options before having to resort to replacing it completely. Can’t recommend Hansen Family Plumbing highly enough. Very professional, punctual, polite, and transparent. Had a leak in the main line coming in from the street, they came out Monday to identify it and came back Wednesday to fix it. Quoted me a fair price and stuck to it even when there was extra work due to some tree roots. Will be using them again in future.

Imaging it’s 4 days before thanksgiving and you’re about to host about 30 out of town guest when your plumbing backs up into multiple toilets the day your guest are arriving. We’ll, this happened to me - on a Sunday no less. I was freaking out! I called second opinion plumbing and Clayton came to our house on a Sunday and fixed our clogged septic system. What a rip of. Never gave me a quote before starting the work. Then tried to charge $400 in labor to change a water heater gas valve that was under warranty. Guy was working for an hour. Talked to manager and reduced to $300. Still a rip off. Charge $130 trip fee and don't waive the charge if you do the work with them like others do. Stay away. I won't use again.
