I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

One of our 2 AC units just went out. AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC were the 1st company I thought of for replacement. Robert came out, gave me several options. The unit I picked is so much more efficient compared to our last one. Josh and his crew had the job completed in record time. The installation looks clean and professional. I'll be using them as well when the next unit goes out.

Had American Leak fix a leak on a return line on the pool. It costed a little under 1K A year later the stuff they fixed was broken again. They did not cover any of it. I even talked to a couple managers and still nothing. I decided to fix it myself and they poured the pipes in concrete... What a nightmare. Fortunately I spent the time to do it right this time. Avoid these folks! Terrible service. Terrible quality
