I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

I was very happy with the work that Jaimie did. I emailed him at J.I.Plumbing he contacted me within minutes of my email. We setup a time that he could come over that same day to look over the job. He looked over the project that I needed done and gave me a quote. The price was fair he indicated a date and time he could return to do the job. He showed up on time ready to work. I called Zippity Split plumbing to repair a leak in my guest bathroom because the technician came out within an hour of an emergency I previously had on a Sunday with no added cost for being a Sunday! Mark was knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. I’d recommend Zippity Split anytime someone has a plumbing issue!

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.
