We found some water spots on our ceiling and we decided to have water leak detection service as precautions. We hired Plumbing Bear as per their ratings and reviews and i must say they were truly professionals and kind. They arrived on same day of our call and they had all the necessary equipment in their van. They inspected whole house and found all the leaks and started repairing it. They completed the whole work in two and a half day.Thank you guys for great job.

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Everything was OK here so Danny was very nice and honest I didn't need anything.

Was on site 20mins after I called to evaluate the job. Did a clean good job and cleaned up after the job. Price is very affordable.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

We could hear water behind the bathroom wall but we could not see any water anywhere. The meter was not spinning but we called a couple of plumbers out anyway because we knew the noise was new. The first plumber told us we should just wait until we saw water somewhere because there was no evidence of a leak. Second Opinion Plumbing came to the house and asked if they could cut a hole in the wall to see what was going on. Sure enough there was a small leak under high pressure in a connection pipe spraying against the wall. They were able to repair the pipe in 15 minutes, and were super reasonable on the repair cost. I am so glad we called them, it makes me cringe to think the damage that could have been done had we waited like the first plumber told us.

UPDATE…after they installed my water heater I asked Jason about the sound of water running in my walls that I hear for a month or so. Jason immediately said it might be a slab leak in the pipes going into the foundation! Freaked me out! Rich told me about a company called Leak Detector. This all happened on a Friday and on Monday Alex from Leak Detector came out and within 30 minutes found the exact area where the leak was occurring. Thank goodness it wasn’t on the walls, just going into the foundation. Insurance wouldn’t cover this leak but fortunately Rich sent Jason back and after cutting away the wall he found the area.

Rich gave me 3 options. I chose the least damage to my home which also happened to be the best price! I now have hot water which I didn’t have when the leak was occurring. I am VERY GRATEFUL to Streamline Plumbing for their excellent work, timeliness, honesty, follow-thru but more important, I have new friends! They are my plumbers for life!

1 more thing…a week after they finished repairs to the lines, Rich contacted me to make sure all was well! I assured him that everything was working as it should be! Thank you Rich and Jason at Streamline Plumbing!

Jason arrived on time and was very helpful and even though I had a small space for him to work in, he changed out my 50 gallon tank in less than 90 minutes. After a big error done by our home builder's construction team drilling an enormous oversized hole for our reverse osmosis system into our new kitchen's counter, nobody was able to help me finding an extra large faucet that could be installed for our RO system. Then I called Nick and he started searching immediately for a solution and was able to find a manufacturer that sells custom faucets within a short time. Nick's great effort and professionalism finding me the perfect faucet deserves ten stars! Immensely grateful that this error was corrected thanks to Nick's dedication and professionalism.

Response to my initial inquiry was quick and the technician was here within an hour! He identified the leak within five minutes, ran out to grab the part and came right back. did a really good job with the repair, was very personable and took every Covid precaution for those of you concerned about that. Happy to say we finally found a plumber we will keep on speed dial.

Called him in the last minute and he was right on it. Great value for the service and J is an incredibly nice guy! I would have him back to my house any time!

Over the Christmas holiday we discovered a slow drip on a line to our water filter system installed by R&C Plumbing last summer. Although it wasn’t an emergency, Skyler (Service Manager) offered to have his on-call crew come out and repair the leak.

Not wanting to disrupt anyone’s Christmas break, we opted to put off the repair until the Tuesday after Christmas. Skyler said he would have a plumber out first thing that Tuesday morning. The plumber showed up exactly as scheduled and had the leak fixed in about 10 minutes.

We learned R&C plumbing discovered that the part (a small plastic PEK connector fitting) has been prematurely wearing, an issue that has affected other customers besides us. The fitting was replaced with a new brass fitting at no charge.
