I am a first time homeowner and I was looking for someone to do plumbing work on my house. We had just moved in and were not sure where to start. My friend recommended Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They came out to my house the same day I called them and did an inspection of my pipes and plumbing system. They told me what needs to be done and how much it would cost me. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The next week they came back out to do the repairs and everything went well. I will definitely recommend this company!

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I was having an issue with my water heater yesterday so I called my home warranty and they would not send anyone out to my house until the next business day since it was not a true emergency. I have tenants with small children living at the property and needed the water heater fixed asap. A good friend of mine referred me to Second Opinion Plumbing. I called them last night around 7:15pm and was greeted by a warm welcoming voice eager to help me with my water heater issue. I briefly gave him the rundown on what was going on and with no hesitation he asked for my address and said he would be over in 20 minutes. The technician was able to fix my water heater within 15-20 mins of being there. He also took the time to show me what the problem was and explained ways on how I could help this issue from happening again in the future. I was left with excellent service from an outstanding technician who gives pretty solid high fives on the way out the door.

I would HIGHLY recommend Second Opinion Plumbing to everyone in the area with hopes they are able to work with Justin who was the top notch technician who came to my rescue with such short notice. $95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

I don't even know how to begin to thank Streamline Plumbing for the unbelievably quick response to a leaking hot water tank. From providing me a quote on Sunday the 25th, to me reaching out the following day after work, Rich was at my house that very same evening with the new water heater.

Upon his arrival Rich was not sure if he would be able to install a tankless water heater due to the difficulty of the layout of my two-story home. But

First of all, I usually do not write reviews but when you come across such a great business you feel the need to. My water heater broke and I called a couple of plumbers to get bids. The first one came out and hit me with over a $5,000 bid to replace my hot water heater and to do some other items they recommended. They are a big-name plumber outfit here in the valley. They said I absolutely needed a new unit. Nick from Norfleet family Plumbing came out and told me we could actually just replace a part on my hot water heater if I did not want to replace the entire unit. It was already ten years old so I opted to get a new unit. I showed Nick the other plumbing items that they said should be replaced at a cost of $600 and he informed me that they did not need to be replaced. Long story short I saved over $3,600 by using Norfleet Family Plumbing. Nick came out the next day and arrived on time, did a great job and has a customer for life. Also, the water heater he got me was the same professional grade unit that the other plumbing company was going to use so we are comparing apples to apples here. You can't go wrong with Norfleet.
