Their installation professional, David, was amazing. He arrived in less that 1 hour after initial call, had everything he needed, was extremely knowledgeable and clean. His installation was fast and on point all the way through the whole things and he walked me through need to know areas and things to keep an eye on after installation. Cannot say enough about this company and their extremely professional installation technicians.

over priced $265.00 for shower cartridge cost of cartridge under $50.00 and service call charge $215.00. shame on me for using cure all plumbing and shame on you if you plan on using cure all. THEY DO NOT RETUN PHONE CALLS NOT EVEN ONE STAR

Joel was on time, professional and a true expert in plumbing with over 13 years of experience. He asked questions, listened to what we have been experiencing. He then investigated and talk through what could be happening.
Joel mapped out a plan to correct the drain issues, garbage disposal and pipe repair. He walked me through each step as he began and completed them.

After many attempts with other companies with no reasonable resolution regarding a kitchen sink clogged, we decided to contacted Aqua Smart Plumbing services for a estimation and repairs. Well

He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

I will be honest, idk how the owner answered me at 9:30pm, my master bathroom flooded and the water went into the master bedroom, Michael had someone at my house by 10:30pm to do the clean up, get everything taken care of with home owners insurance and he came to my house the next day and fixed the plumbing. Amazing service! He did let me know that he remodels bathroom, sinks, he has people that paint, and I WILL BE USING his company to remodel my house 🥹❤️

These people dont deserve your business. I witnessed one of their drivers in a road rage incident. Very unprofessional.

Dont let the response fool you. The driver was obstructing the young man's view of traffic making it unsafe for him to pull out. The driver then began to yell at the young man claiming that he was the one in the wrong, but the young man who has witnessed a crash happen in the same spot for the same exact reason was not going to make the turn without affirming that the way was clear. The driver still refused to move which put the young man in danger as he pulled into traffic on a busy road without being able to see if cars were coming.
