He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

The technician Justin was extremely polite and professional. He tested two of my a/c units and found one had a slight leak at the high pressure switch. He tightened it up added a couple pounds of Freon and the unit ran great. The other unit he tested was performing well with no issues. I had another a/c company out the previous day that told me I needed a new condenser, quoted me 6,500, and that the other unit needed a new high pressure switch and Freon which was going to cost over 800 in repairs. I new to call AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC for a second opinion and my total repair was less than $200 Thank you AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC for being so professional and honest, you saved me lots of money. I highly recommend, and now have a new A/C service provider.
