We called Alexander’s Plumbing after purchasing a new refrigerator, the water line for ice/water was very old in our home and not compatible. They were able to get us scheduled next business day! Alex was punctual, he notified me prior to arrival which is always something appreciated as I have a dog and young children so the extra time to prepare is necessary for me. He explained the process of the repair and set us up so that if in the future we have any issue, we will be prepared. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. The plumber, Jessie, was very clean, sympathetic, and courteous. The faucet outlet connections were frozen and could not be removed. He had to cut it off and add new pipe and faucet.

I was satisfied with his work and appreciated his gentlemanly conduct especially since he was in the sun in heat of day with monsoon humidity so bad I had to come indoors while he stayed and worked outside.

Was referred to this company by Gold Star plumbing. They were able to come within an hour of calling them to check a broken fuse on our circuit breaker. Though they didn’t have the right fuse type to replace it, they went to Home Depot to purchase the correct one. Overall they were very quick, knowledgeable, and showed me how to replace the fuse in the future. I appreciate the great service!

Woke up early this morning to take a shower. Lol and behold, no hot water. Checked out plumbers for the Chandler area and found J. I. Plumbing had good reviews. Called them at 7 am and he was here in 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and then he replaced my water heater, installed a new one and hauled the old one away. Great service, nice guy and a hard worker.

Hansen plumbing was prompted and efficient performing a laundry valve change at my home.

This was a company that I called for a quote due to the reviews. I called and 1 of the owners came out and looked at the job. He did a nice thorough inspection and made sure to find all that would be needed. He even found better parts with a better price. All was good.Then when the owners away from house at their shop the quote changed and the quote went up about $300 and every excuse under the sun. A quote is a quote to get job done not some here and some there and you pay us what we want to charge you. Just a big circus show once they left the house. Kinda sad cause he was a nice guy and felt that the price and time of work was good. Now I take my business else were and will never recommend this company.
For the 2 owners I would check the person your working with. You guys are missing out on a nice paying job cause of your partner or both greed and horibble customer service and the way you treat people (like I don't need your money). Kinda sad.

The plumbers here are true experts. They quickly resolved my problem and gave me helpful maintenance advice. Excellent service from beginning to end.

Curtis replaced the water main pressure regulator, a backyard hose bib faucet, and flushed my thankless water heater. All was finished perfectly with no leaks, or mess. Use Stellar Plumbing, or you will be making a mistake.

Had a little issue with a shower faucet leak. Turned into bigger than i could handle. Chris came out and got things fixed up for me.

Dax and his son are easy to work with and communicate very well. Men of integrity.

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!
