They are very professional and are extremely quick to respond to all work and scheduling needs. I have used Alexander's Plumbing several times now and they have always done a great job. They show up during their scheduled time and even text when they are on their way. Always professional, quick to respond to your call, clean and they care for your home like it was their own. As my house is getting older, I have had call on them several times to fix issues. Oh, my gawd!!! What an amazing experience. I came home from out of town to stay with my parents and found problem in my water heater. We called several plumbing companies but everyone is closed for holiday then found AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC from google. We called them and the plumber is in my house within 30 minutes. He replaced a 24-year-old water heater within very short time He was professional, factual and prompt. You can't ask for any more than that!

When called, Lawson plumbing assigned a technician by name right away. He showed up on time to assess the task. The solution offered was believable; estimate was reasonable, though not the cheapest. Work was completed in a timely manner. Additional upgrades were performed as the technician noticed aging valves, etc. 1 week out, the pipe rerouting job is still holding up! i would recommend this team.
