This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

I had the water line to my toilet tank blow and flood the place. I tried to fix it myself to save money, but still had some leaking and a couple of stripped fittings. Ryan came to my rescue with quality parts and great service. He also fixed my slow draining sink at no extra cost and educated me to fix it in the future. Very prompt, quick and fair. The plumber was to our house last Tuesday to maintain our reverse osmosis system. Said he needed parts and would call back with a cost estimate or to replace the unit and have not heard. Got the impression that he had bigger better deals to fry.

Had a leaky water softener. Called them about 9am on Friday September 12, 2014. The man said they were very busy that day, but would try to get someone over there as if possible. He told me the leak was bad and seemed concerned about it getting worse.
It was after 4pm and I figured they weren't coming that day. I thought they would hopefully be able to make it the next day. But, to my surprise, I got a call from Carl with Reidhead Plumbing and he said he was on the way. I thought after 4pm, no plumber is going to start a job. Well, he did. And he finished it quickly. Took out the old water softener and installed a new water softener that we had purchased.
Reidhead Plumbing exceeded expectations by showing up when I expected to have to wait another day. They did the job quickly and well. I write this five days later - no leaks or problems with the new water softener. And, at a price that was less than the other two quotes I received.

We had a simple leak from an angle valve, we called this plumber and we accepted his price in desperation. Big mistake, shame on us. We made a huge mistake, 2 plumbers shortly
Thereafter quote was 20% of what he charged us. I would not recommend this plumber!!!
