My plumbers from AZ Preferred Plumbing we're so awesome, they came out first thing on a Monday morning because we had no water pressure in the house. Not only were they able to locate the problem and fix it quickly, they also informed us of a leaky toilet in the house! Will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs!

We had a unique problem that required some problem solving. After snaking the line from the roof vent, the free camera inspection identified a o-ring gasket loose in the line that was clogging the line. the technician Spencer was able to push the object all the way clear to the sewer line eliminating future problems and proving a great inspection of our drain lines. Worst service ever !!! Came to fix a small leak in faucet via a warranty company and now water is gushing out while opening a faucet. On calling back to report the issue , they gave me a 500 $ quote to fix this . So now a small leak is now like a fountain for me .. Never use or call for a service .

Installed a bathtub and sink plumbing for us. Every plumber that came to our house for our bathroom remodel was very professional. When the bathtub had a leak, they dropped everything and came to fix it. Greg triple checked and made sure everything was repaired and good to go.

I called Mr. Rooter for a second opinion on a giant estimate from another company. They confirmed my house did the work but their estimate was far more reasonable. All of their employees were friendly, polite, patient and helpful. I will absolutely never use another company and highly recommend them for any plumbing concerns, large or small.

There was a leakage in our main pipeline. We thought that this would lead to digging the yard and changing the entire pipeline. I called Blue Wolf plumbing. They pulled the new water lines through the old water lines. This way it saved us from having to tear up our yard and repair and replace landscaping. They just put a couple of holes to get to the water lines and that's it. And filled the holes back in when they're done and did the clean-up

Was called over by our warranty company about a leaking water heater, said he had worked with our warranty company many times in the past and was able to replace and install a new water heater (the current one was too far gone) in about an hour and a half. He was great, super nice, knowledgeable and worked quickly.

Called him in the last minute and he was right on it. Great value for the service and J is an incredibly nice guy! I would have him back to my house any time!

Save yourself stress and heartache by NOT hiring this company to do any work for you. We hired them to install a water filtration system and run gas lines into our home. After assurance work was complete, and multiple requests for payment by Tom, we paid them in full. What a terrible mistake on our part. We have multiple leaks in the gas lines throughout the house, to the point brand new cabinets will have to be removed and cut through to correct the leak to our cooktop. Damage was done to the ceiling when running gas lines which has not been paid for, along with other damage to our property. No one will return a phone call or text message and I regret ever hiring this company to do the work at my new home.

We had a serious water pressure/hot water problem for our shower and also the drainage problem within our bathroom sink.
