Woke up early this morning to take a shower. Lol and behold, no hot water. Checked out plumbers for the Chandler area and found J. I. Plumbing had good reviews. Called them at 7 am and he was here in 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and then he replaced my water heater, installed a new one and hauled the old one away. Great service, nice guy and a hard worker.

I highly recommend Jaimie Innes and J. I. Plumbing for your next plumbing job. I know I will.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

The plumber was to our house last Tuesday to maintain our reverse osmosis system. Said he needed parts and would call back with a cost estimate or to replace the unit and have not heard. Got the impression that he had bigger better deals to fry.

Overall, I will continue to call them. I did not get the name of the technician yesterday but the previous three have all been very good with Customers. Yesterday's was a bit more condescending than I prefer.
Also, they want payment up front, not just for materials but all labor to do the work/install. This can be disconcerting if not frustrating if you are not prepared.

I was extremely pleased working with Rich from Streamline Plumbing. I needed a bathtub spout replaced on very short notice. Streamline responded to my inquiry very quickly and did the work very professionally, quickly, and cleanly. In the process, the technician discovered another problem I was not aware of - a broken shower valve assembly that also needed to be replaced. Streamline really worked with me to schedule that replacement at a later time based on when I could have that work done. I will definitely be using Streamline again for any future plumbing issues and will strongly recommend them to my family and friends.

This company did a great job assessing and evaluation our residential leak. They were at my house within a few days of calling. The problem was very difficult to resolve. They took the time to thoroughly assess and come up with the best solution, providing the least amount of damage and expense to our home. Special shout to our serviceman Zach who took time to talk with my kids and help them be comfortable while he was working.

After a big error done by our home builder's construction team drilling an enormous oversized hole for our reverse osmosis system into our new kitchen's counter, nobody was able to help me finding an extra large faucet that could be installed for our RO system. Then I called Nick and he started searching immediately for a solution and was able to find a manufacturer that sells custom faucets within a short time. Nick's great effort and professionalism finding me the perfect faucet deserves ten stars! Immensely grateful that this error was corrected thanks to Nick's dedication and professionalism.

Francisco and his coworker were here this morning and immediately told me what the problem was Unfortunately they can't fix it at this point I may have to call somebody else but I wish it was Precision cuz Precision is the only company I ever use they're awesome prompt and very professional
