We have used his services twice now you can literally tell by the look of his work how well the repair was done. First time I ran into crisis while having washer and dryer delivered with the watter connection being corroded and leaking. The appliance delivery people literally left me hanging with this problem and the excitement of getting new washer and dryer quickly turned into nightmare. Mark understood the urgency of this situation and extended his work day, just to come help us. I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise as I literally had watter leaking and I wasn't sure how long I could keep up with drying it so that the tile underneath wouldn't get damaged. Called and made an appoint for this morning. Charles showed up first thing in the morning. Did a great job of not only finding the clog, but also discussing the problem, short term and long term solutions.

I had found an issue with the clogged pipe and he was kind enough to connect the piece for me as well.

Hopefully I won't need their (or Charles) services for a while but if I do, I now have a company that I can trust going forward

I had an emergency with both of my outside faucets leaking badly. I called 3 companies and 2 returned my call. The first company said because it was a Sunday, only 1 guy was working and he was already booked up. Mr. Rooter called and they immediately got me an appt for that day. The plumber arrived and immediately made a list of what he needed and went out to get them. When he returned he immediately went to work and in no time at all I had 2 brand new faucets. He was very counterions and pleasant at all times. I will definitely called Mr. Rooter again.
