The plumber, Jessie, was very clean, sympathetic, and courteous. The faucet outlet connections were frozen and could not be removed. He had to cut it off and add new pipe and faucet.

I was satisfied with his work and appreciated his gentlemanly conduct especially since he was in the sun in heat of day with monsoon humidity so bad I had to come indoors while he stayed and worked outside.

Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work. If you want an honest, dependable, affordable Plummer look no further as nobody can top the service that Norfleet plumbing provides. And they are a family business so you are supporting local!

Vets Pumping service came out to pump my septic tank. I was so pleased with the service I received on many levels. They were able to schedule for the next day service. I was pleasantly greeted by Ernie who was there to do the work. Ernie spent some very informative time with me actually explaining my system and the way it works and ways to maintain it. He was great to gain knowledge from and took the time to inform me. They also were very reasonably priced which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend Ernie and this company.

Hands down best plumbing company in Az! Our water heater died and was leaking all over our garage, they showed up within a couple hours very prepared to fix our problem with amazing customer service.
