The plumber, Jessie, was very clean, sympathetic, and courteous. The faucet outlet connections were frozen and could not be removed. He had to cut it off and add new pipe and faucet.

I was satisfied with his work and appreciated his gentlemanly conduct especially since he was in the sun in heat of day with monsoon humidity so bad I had to come indoors while he stayed and worked outside.

Chris and his crew did a phenomenal job. Informed me all the way through the process, provided me pictures of the plumbing issues. Stayed until late and returned the next morning to resolve the first complicated issue. Second issue involved the City of Peoria's sewer system. Chris assisted with navigating a resolution with the town until the town's completion of problem. I could not have done it without his help. Truly exceptional employees which represent Precision Air and Plumbing. I would strongly recommend using Precision.

Broc performed very well. He was curtious and communicated very well. His vehicle was stocked with the parts he needed to get our system up and running.

Sales guy was nice enough but said he would get me a bid in the next 24 hours. I explained time was of the essence after some discussion we came up with a solution. The next day no call or email. Just decided they didn't want the job. Time is precious and I don't like being jerked around. Call King if you feel like pulling teeth just for a bid. I wouldn't waste my time with them personally.

Highly recommend ABC Plumbing and Rooter, I originally found them on yelp. Renee was responsive and willing to connect with me via text, provide a quote and invoice, answered my questions (or gathered the information). Wade was knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and had great communication about what needed repairing, how he was going to repair and did it in no time at all. ABC is affordable and an all around great team to work with. They will now be my go to for my plumbing needs.
