Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

We called first thing in the morning and Lawson Family Plumbing had someone at our house within a few hours.The plumber came in, assessed the situation, quoted a very reasonable price, completed the work, and charged us exactly what was quoted. I normally don’t write reviews, but Terry at Rooter 4 less was outstanding. He was prompt, professional, and provided me with superior service. I truly appreciated his transparency, because he saved me a lot of money on unnecessary work another company said I needed to have done which was not true. It’s always nice to work with a company of integrity and I will definitely be calling Terry for future work. Highly recommended!

Frederick and Sons lied to us about the work they were going to complete and what would be required in order to repair my A/C. After they left, I climbed on the roof and saw they had not completed what they said would need to be done. They over charged me. They were rude and unprofessional once they were confronted with the dishonest service and simply stated that we paid so much because of their knowledge and got a break on our price because they could have charged more for their knowledge and trade skills. I . Called several other companies after speaking to them and every last one of them quoted me a much cheaper cost! Inspect what you expect should you choose to call them!

2. Money
3. Quality

Nick came out and fixed my outside water valves without me needing to be there and got back to me via text message once everything was done allowing me time to get done errands I needed to finish.

The closest quote I could find was hundreds of dollars more than what Nick quoted, and on top of that he was able to find the parts for cheaper saving me an additional $75.

Everything is working to a T No dripping issues, water pressure is regulated, and my 20 year old stop valve has been replaced with a newer, more reliable one.

Nick, if you read this I just want to say thanks again for doing such an awesome job, and if this is someone thinking of hiring a plumber look no further you've already found him.

Alex was recommended to me by the countertop company who replaced my counters. I needed someone to reconnect the plumbing and go from a double sink to a single sink with garbage disposal. I needed someone during the labor day holiday weekend and Alex agreed to take the job when other companies were only taking emergencies. He did a great job in a timely fashion and is also really nice and friendly. We chatted the entire time while he worked. He also cleaned up and took all the trash and old parts with him, so less work for me! I am really impressed and grateful he was able to help me during a holiday weekend.
