Best Hot Water Heater Replacement in Chandler AZ

This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

This company did a great job assessing and evaluation our residential leak. They were at my house within a few days of calling. The problem was very difficult to resolve. They took the time to thoroughly assess and come up with the best solution, providing the least amount of damage and expense to our home. Special shout to our serviceman Zach who took time to talk with my kids and help them be comfortable while he was working.

I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!

I came home from work around 7 to find my house was 85 degrees. I called them right away and was told someone would be out in 90 min . They were there within 45 min. They quickly and correctly assessed the problem . Privided me with several options, all with very fair pricing. I chose how I wanted to proceed, and my house was nice and cool within a few hours . Very happy with the service and will be using them for my future A/C needs.

After having one of the biggie AC companies tell us we needed a new coil and blower wheel for our unit which would cost about $1500, we decided to get another opinion. We checked reviews of several local AC companies, including another well known biggie in the Phx area. Just one stood out with all super reviews, King. While that doesn't guarantee good service, it's still a good place to start. King AC tech, Luis Baldenegro, called ahead of the visit and then showed up right on time. We talked in general for a few mins about my AC unit but I never told him that another company had just been out on it. Luis got onto the roof and began his checks. After a short while, I surprised him up on the roof myself. Luis was not alarmed or taken aback by my presence, but instead was friendly, open and honest. He freely showed me a number of things about my unit that I found very helpful. Turns out that the blower wheel and coil were fine and not in need of replacement as the biggie co said! Just needed a good cleaning was all. I saw it with it my own eyes! Luis was great. He saved us a ton of money. King is top notch. They are now my AC-Plumbing guys. Forget the biggies.
