BEWARE! If you call to schedule a septic pump out, they may pass you off to another company and not tell you. We called to confirm our appointment a few hours prior and were told we didn't have an appointment with them. Then looking at the books they saw that they had passed us off to another company which was much lower rated...We even had the Mr. Rooter tech come out to check our valve 10 days prior! When you choose a company based on ratings, I expect to get that company! Too much to ask????

Jeff came out and replaced our water line to the street and it was leaking. When we found that out we called him and he came out and checked his work and it was perfect. Evidently it started leaking on the city side of the valve.

They were reliable and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.
