I had the unfortunate experience of an under-slab leak in my home. They guided me to the most cost-effective decision to fix the problem which was a re-route rather than an expensive and messy jackhammer. This pleased the insurance company and I, that they had our best interests in mind.
The boys fixed everything with professionalism and speed. The clean-up afterwards showed great care in returning my home to as livable of a condition as was possible with holes in the walls.
They did such a great job, that I had them back just a couple of days later to take care of some minor issues that I had been putting off.
I will call AZ Preferred Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We have quite a unique review - while we didn’t utilize them for our AC repair due to home warranty constraints - we would and will for any future repairs based on our interaction with them today.

From the moment I called and they answered the phone to our appraisal - Hansen family is top notch. 5 star customer service all the way!

We are in a pickle with our home warranty company (American Home Shield - don’t use ever) as they denied our claim on a inspection that miss-diagnosed our AC issue. Needless to say we wanted a second opinion from a reputable company and all of the positive reviews led me to the Hansen Family. They came out first thing the following day from when I first called. John was on time, polite, and cordial. He took the time to look at our AC unit, including the issue the other AC company said was the problem - went outside and tested the Freon and cooling and found the true issue. He was very informative and explained the issue and quoted the repair and offered to fix on the spot.

If the repair was not as big if an issue as it is we would have done right then and there. However, due to the problem we are stuck fighting with our home warranty company.

However, we are due for new units soon and will definitely use the Hansen Family. In additions to any repairs that need to be done as they have 5 star customer service!

I talked with Kyle and I had told him what my problem was my hot water heater went out and I did change it myself but he walked me through the process of getting that to work. Keith has taken care of a number of plumbing issues for me. From simple faucet replacements, to water heater installs, to house repipes. He has been timely, professional, and courteous. Whenever I, or any of my friends and family, have water/ plumbing concerns Keith is the first guy I call ! I appreciate that level of service and quality work!

So happy I found Rich he explained the benefits of a tankless water heater and didn’t try to up sale me,straight forward honest and I loved that. I have a bath tub in my master bath that I would never have enough hot water to be able to use :( ….so for years I’d just glance over my tub aside from dusting it , So I decided to do research on “tankless water heaters”.
