Called Cactus Plumbing And Air in need of emergency service for my Air Conditioning,
The technician Kevin showed up right away and was very professional and was very knowledgeable explaining everything to my wife and I about the needed repairs and maintenance that needed completed. We agreed to his recommendations and are very thankful for this company and the professionalism we received.
We will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to all our family and friends.

While doing some afternoon dishes we had a pipe break and flood our kitchen. I was referred to Second Opinion by my parents who had some plumbing for their bathroom remodel done by them. I called and within 5 minutes got a call back and had Kyle en route. Kyle showed up and was so professional and nice. He explained what he was doing and gave me some suggestions regarding another plumbing question I had (about our water heater). He was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and very kind. Nobody wants to deal with plumbing issues, but I feel confident that I now have a local business I can trust and will definitely be calling them again if need be.

SUPER IMPRESSED BY THIS COMPANY!! Had sudden sewer drain issue today and called 6 companies and they are the only ones who were willing to fit us in. Henry was AMAZING, friendly and willing to explain every step (sometimes twice so my mom understood) Abdiel came to assist and was also AMAZING! Helped explain the process cuz it will be extensive but they have started the process and eased our worries about cost! Very happy to be working with such a transparent company!

Right Now Plumbing totally lived up to their name. I called them and they were able to come right away. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they came. They were very knowledgeable and were able to fix my plumbing problems and even had parts on hand. I will definitely use them again and can’t recommend him highly enough.

A very unfortunate call on 4th of July weekend resulted in some quick and efficient work by Thomas Home Services, we had to wait for the darn home warranty to set it up but when they finally allowed Thomas Home Services to help, boy did they. I believe the first person that came out was Elam, For a couple years now we have had issues with our AC, I told Elam all about it and he took everything I told him and proceeded to examine every single working part of our AC, took apart panels to fully inspect and taking pictures to show me, pictures with a timestamp to show me he had just taken them, very happy he fully informed us of a major underlying issue, our AC was very very old and went over some repair options we could try but in the long run just more bandaids that would not be enough, so he put us in contact with Scott to help us go over some options to replace whole system, we are very happy with the financing option we took, Scott did wait for both my wife and I to be home to call us but called only to ask if he could just stop by, very nice to have a conversation about such a major purchase in person. This was on Monday, He promised us Thursday but made a couple calls and was able to get us the install on Tusday. The installer Gabriel and the other guy, I didn't catch is name only noticed the accent, Cajun perhaps, got to my house at 930 am, worked all day until 7pm ,until we had cold air blowing thru our vents. They did it all in triple digit heat, we are very thankful. Today we had a visit by Mateo Vazquez, he performed some adjustments to the system and helped educate us on how certain parts of the AC work and what things can lead to bigger issues, made me feel like our home and family are in his best interest, this kind of leadership and customer service is not taught, it's something that comes from experience and thoughtfulness, both of which you can tell Mateo has, thank you sir. All of the Thomas Home Services associates have been outstanding, from being in full professional uniform with our initial service technician to the fellas that look like they work in an office but aren't afraid to get dirty and ensure quality service, THANK YOU, to everyone involved in getting things right, we look forward to continuing our service and repair needs with Thomas Home Services.
