Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

The plumber came right on schedule and was able to stop the leak once and for all. I should also mention, it was done in just a few minutes. Needed to replace my washer valves before I installed a new washer. Contacted Rich and he was able to get me on their schedule for the next day. Jason came to our home and replaced the valves. He was very professional and did a great job. He was even able to go down the street to replace my sons bath tub cartridges. It is hard to find a reliable plumbing service. I finally found one that I will always use. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. It also doesn’t hurt that Rich is from Wisconsin.

Had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling and replaced it promptly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Solace Plumbing has been a dream to work with. I say dream because one of the jobs involved a sewage ejector pump which was a nightmare. They work fast, easy to communicate with, and get the job done. Solace is a great name because I can relax knowing that the job was done correctly. I don't look forward to needing them but happy they are there when I do.
