I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

We recently had a leak in our garage and we called Alexander's Plumbing to come out and take a look. They came out and within an hour were able to identify where the leak was coming from and fix the issue. They also helped us with a clog we had in our kitchen sink. We felt they were very professional and were surprised when we saw the bill as we had expected to pay significantly more. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

Worst service ever !!! Came to fix a small leak in faucet via a warranty company and now water is gushing out while opening a faucet. On calling back to report the issue , they gave me a 500 $ quote to fix this . So now a small leak is now like a fountain for me .. Never use or call for a service .

When Donald came out, he gave use a detailed quote on what had to be done. There was no pressure to make a decision on the spot.Once we decided what we wanted, we called scheduling and we’re able to get Donald back out to do the work within a very reasonable time frame.It was a 5 hour job and the tech, Donald, wasted no time. He was professional, very organized and efficient and did an excellent job, to include clean up, as he did the installation of a H2O heater pan, stand and routing of the drainage. Once he finished, Donald reviewed the work he had done for us and answered any and all of our questions.We are very happy with the quality of work and cost associated with the work Lawson Family Plumbing did for us.
