Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Chandler AZ

This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

We had Alexander's Plumbing replace a garbage disposal. A plumber arrived a few days after calling and before starting the work, I asked how much it would cost. He didn't know but could find out. After calling his office, he was waiting for a return call that never came so I told him to go ahead with the work. Upon completion, he pointed out that the existing RO system would no longer fit in the cabinet as he replaced the 1/2 HP disposal with a wider 3/4 HP unit. This turns out to be my problem as the work is done and he has to get going. He left after spending about an hour and I still did no know the cost and now had to cut into a side wall of the cabinet and located the RO tank into an open space outside of the cabinet. This took several hours and permanently created a hole in the side wall. My problem. Then the invoice came and it was for 525.00. I found this excessive as I could buy the same disposal at Home Depot for 142.00, meaning the plumber could buy it for less. This computes to a labor charge of around 400.00/hour. Wow! And I had to spend hours fixing the problem he created. I then called the Owner who finally agreed to drop the total to 500.00. Now the plumber was 375.00/hour - still outrageous in my estimation. On the plus side, both the plumber and owner were nice guys and the installation itself was fine.

Excellent experience! Plumber contacted me to move our appointment earlier in the day, he showed up on time, was very professional. Gave us a quote, options and advice on how to save $ through warranties. We chose to have him repair and they were reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.

If I could give a negative star I would. I do not understand how this company has had postitive reviews. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The 2 gentlemen who came out to my home about a week and a half ago should not be plummers at all. The only postitive thing was finding out about the water damage that has incurred. I have a home warranty and they were authorized to take off and put back my toilet but instead of doing that, I had to have a family member come over and help me with that issue. Then they spent a good 20 to 30 minutes in their work vehicle before they even decided to do anything. They were so scared of my dogs, they ended up letting one of my dogs get out the gate of my home and just stood there like it was no big deal and yes thank goodness I was standing outside keeping an eye out because a litte further down the road from my home, is a busy street. They did their job of snaking the line, collected my service call fee, and left. I will never have this company to my home ever again. I was so disgusted with how unprofessional they were.

Jaimie of JI Plumbing was fantastic! I own a business and my one and only toilet stopped running on a Friday evening. I Googled plumber Scottsdale and his was the first business to pop up, so I thought What the heck and dialed the number. His wife, Judy, answered the phone with the sweetest southern accent and handed the phone right over to Jaimie when I told her about my debacle. It was 6pm on a Friday- so understandably, he offered me first thing Saturday morning. He came to my shop around 9am and completed his job before we opened at 10am- it was perfect! He was very pleasant to talk to and had a very professional and kind demeanor. Thanks so much for saving us from being toilet-less on our busiest day, Jaimie!
