Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

Had a water heater problem, Josh came very fast and handled the problem. He was very nice, and quickly fixed the problem! Couldn’t recommend someone better!

We had a difficult to find broken water line that left us without any water to the house. Mark and Gavin jumped in, installed a temporary line so had water over the weekend, and then they installed a new line that bypassed the broken one. It was two full days of work and they stuck with it to get it done professionally. I highly recommend them.

Reached out and they were very responsive, friendly and professional. They came out that day to look at it and give me a quote. 3 days later the job is complete! Very happy with how it turned out.

What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure of being referred to Hacienda Plumbing and Eric by another contractor I am working with. Eric was so professional, knowledgeable, precise and quick. I had a new hot water heater installed, new sink with new faucet, and Eric even fixed a tub diverter and spout tightening up all the other wiggly stuff. I could not have been happier. Totally fair estimate within the range of others I got but the customer service was way above and beyond. Honest, straight forward answered ALL questions and I had a lot of them. Vets came out when my septic tank backed up. The tank lid was not put on correctly and it caused it to collapse. Steve reset the lid and pumped out the dirt so we can use it. They are coming out Tuesday to seal the lid and install a riser.

I have used Aspen twice now and both times they were prompt, friendly, careful and honest. I appreciated them. The first time my water heater was leaking and they found my water heater was under warranty still and Scott got it for me for free! So only paid for his services. Today was the second time I have used them, Seth was friendly, prompt and did not try to push services that were not needed etc. I will use them again.

Samuel came and serviced our water softener and reverse osmosis system. Also ended up having him replace an old water heater. He is efficient, clean and super conscientious about his work. He checked for leaks 3 times after his service to be sure everything was working normally.

Responsive, arrived and completed repair and install next day on schedule. TEC was awesome to work with and knowledgeable. Will use again.

Dallen put in a pressure reducing valve for us. His estimate was at least half of all other estimates we received. He was fast, friendly, reliable, and professional, and his work came with a two-year warranty. I don’t usually do these recommendations, but he was that good.

Jonathan came out late on a Friday night when we discovered a leak in our bathroom wall. He was very professional and found and repaired the leak quickly, and the price was fair.
