Best Drain Leak in Chandler AZ

I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

We called Alexander’s Plumbing after purchasing a new refrigerator, the water line for ice/water was very old in our home and not compatible. They were able to get us scheduled next business day! Alex was punctual, he notified me prior to arrival which is always something appreciated as I have a dog and young children so the extra time to prepare is necessary for me. He explained the process of the repair and set us up so that if in the future we have any issue, we will be prepared. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. The quality of service is unmatched, and an added bonus is supporting a local business!

Frank provides quality service at very reasonable prices. We had him move 2 bathroom drains and relocate 2 water valves and a drain vent. He was able to get my job scheduled and completed within the week. He had everything he needed to compete the job on hand and he was able to complete it quickly and professionally. Left huge mess in my unit with insulation everywhere. Employee had no tools and borrowed mine. Did a hack job and now two months later AC is broken again. This will be the third time this year. Horrible!

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

From the perspective of an ex employee: This company is a far cry from what it once was. Keith (the owner) hired me at $18/hr as the highest paid helper. There are multiple techs with more tenure that were making $16/hr. He explicitly said not to tell any other employees how much I was making. Anyway, as field staff I was told to milk customers for as much as possible. There are some good guys in the field but overall I would not recommend this company to anyone. Charging people for unnecessary repairs and pulling numbers out of a hat is the name of their game. Apparently graduating from BYU doesn't give you any morals. Hey Keith!
