I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. The phone rang once and a man picked up. I explained to him my water heater issue and he told me exactly what to do, and talked me through it. He told me if I need apart, here's where you get it. He even said if it's covered under a home warranty, he can't do the warranty but he gave me the companies that can. I didn't ask that, he volunteered it just to be helpful and save me money.

We spoke for about ten minutes, and I had no more questions and I asked him his name and if I can do anything to help him. He said he was Chris, and he is the owner so there's nobody really to go up to for a compliment. Chris will be doing any of my plumbing going forward, including this job if i can't figure it out myself. I'm not worried about the warranty coverage.

I was referred to Majesty Plumbing by a fellow Encanterra member as I had an emergency. It appeared that my water heater had a leak, thus spewing water out of (2) water outlets in front of my house (not to mention NO hot water)! I contacted Jeff and he was able to see me the very next day. Based on my explanation of the problem, it was determined that a new water heater was needed, which Jeff brought with him after providing the pertinent information to his associate for scheduling purposes. My wife & I were VERY HAPPY with Jeff's pleasant personality and explanation of the problem (i.e., customer satisfaction). We will not hesitate utilizing Majesty Plumbing's services in the future should the need arise.

In a panic when expecting 12 women by 10AM on a Saturday, and the sewer line was plugged. Sinks won't drain. Oasis was closest and arrived in about an hour. Everything was clear before lunch, so grateful.

ASAP did a job for my niece. I’m a retired service/repair plumber in San Diego area. Gas WH installation looks good. They replaced it for access to replace 3 handle T/S. There is some missing tile grout behind the T/S valve hot escutcheon. That could of easily been repaired or at least caulked.
Overall the price they quoted seemed to be fair. Regarding various photos they have posted on their website I’m a bit leery on some of their repairs. Could just be difference in local code requirements. So I’ll just give them 3⭐️
