I can't say enough good things about TE Plumbing. Jason, Junior and the team always make sure that we are taken care of and that quality service is promptly delivered. We recently had water heaters replaced at our rental as well as our primary residence and the experience was enjoyable. Quotes are upfront, honest, and professional with no hard sales push, just honest recommendations and advice. When our family needs a job to be done right the first time, such as a valve replacement for our refrigerator water line, we always call TE. We would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a residential or commercial provider, whether a long-time resident, or a newcomer to the area, give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Alexander did a great job repairing a variety of leaks in the house as well as isolating the irrigation and pool fill sytem for the water in ther house. Professional and very tidy work. Would highly recommend.

I called Zippity Split plumbing to repair a leak in my guest bathroom because the technician came out within an hour of an emergency I previously had on a Sunday with no added cost for being a Sunday! Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Great service. My service tech called in advance of his arrival and showed up exactly as he promised. He explained the solution to my plumbing problems in plain terms and not only informed me that the parts may be still under a manufacturer warranty, he helped me deal with the manufacturer to obtain those parts at no cost. That alone saved me several hundred dollars. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing problems.

Let's just say this company was referred by our insurance company and we would never use them again. They sent out a service man to our home and after he left my mother noticed jewelry missing. My mother who is 70... had a wedding ring and her mother's ring missing from the same area which the employee was working. I can't express the disappointment. We reported it to the company, the insurance company and the police. The rings had very little monetary value but, sentimental value was tremendous. Shame on the employee!
