I couldn’t be happier with the results of my experience with TE Plumbing. They were so responsive to my initial call and worked hard to help diagnose and then repair a problem. Billing was efficient and easy. Just a great experience.

I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

I was having issues with my hot water heater. I thought I’d have to get a whole new one after the first guy who quoted me came out. Something was telling me to get a second opinion. I had Josh from Kings of Plumbing come out and turns out it was a really quick and inexpensive fix. He saved me hundreds. Call him for a quote/ second opinion!

We have always had a great experience with Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They showed the afternoon they said they would, took his time and fixed my water heater. I have hot water now. Technician was polite, professional and cleaned up afterwards. It's just what I wanted.

I called Mark on a Saturday afternoon and he answered his phone. Our water heater needed to be replaced and he was willing to replace it right away. Mark checked to see if our water heater was still under warranty. He called me back in just a few minutes and told us that the warranty ended back in August 2018. Mark seemed to know his business and he was very helpful on the phone. He answered every question I had about the quality of different water heaters and possibly upgrading to a 75 gallon tank. Thank you Mark for showing us great customer service.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

We installed our old water heater 4 years ago and now we opted to replace it with tankless one. We hired this company as per my colleague's opinion. They came on next day and stared removing our old heater. After removing it they cleaned up the whole place and started installing new tankless water heater. They guided us with every work they done which was very helpful to us. They advised us to have maintenance service time to time so that heater will not malfunction. We hired them immediately on contract for maintenance service of our water heater. Highly recommended.

I've used City Wide Plumbing for all my real estate clients needs as well as my own for over 15 years. They have always done excellent work have always been very professional, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. I trust them implicitly and highly recommend them to anyone seeking honest, quality work and a A+++ experience.

From the perspective of an ex employee: This company is a far cry from what it once was. Keith (the owner) hired me at $18/hr as the highest paid helper. There are multiple techs with more tenure that were making $16/hr. He explicitly said not to tell any other employees how much I was making. Anyway, as field staff I was told to milk customers for as much as possible. There are some good guys in the field but overall I would not recommend this company to anyone. Charging people for unnecessary repairs and pulling numbers out of a hat is the name of their game. Apparently graduating from BYU doesn't give you any morals. Hey Keith!
