I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

We have hired Top Notch for several plumbing emergencies and repairs. The latest (almost) disaster, we had to urgently replace the shut off valve for my washer. Top Notch Plumbing was able to see me the next day and fixed the issue. Mark, who I initially spoke with is incredibly organized and professional. Our plumber Gavin was professional, friendly & got the job done timely and throughly. He even gave my lab lots of scratches! Mark at Direct Plumbing and Drain was fantastic! He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

These guys came in and were very professional, friendly, and good attitudes even though sometimes it wasn't any fun at all. I highly recommend them. I have been using Mr. Rooter for over 20 years when on Christmas Day my kitchen was all backed up and they came out on Christmas Day, as did the supervisor, and fixed my problem, only charging me $100. They don't charge for week-ends, holidays or emergency fees. I've never seen anybody do that. They also give discounts. They kept to the schedule even if they had to work until 9:00 p.m.

We used WaterEx Plumbing to replace a outside shut off value and water spicket. Douglas Bennion did a fantastic job with a fair and reasonable price. When we need plumbing services again we'll call WaterEx. We highly recommend WaterEx Plumbing.
