Stellar Plumbing is a small quantity company. I had gotten a quote from Orangatang that was $250 more than Stellar Plumbing. A repair that was going to cost literally $10,000 was solved by a fraction of the cost by using more modern piping solutions. Since then we've used them in kitchen remodels, replacing water heaters, toilets, and installing an outside sink. Everything has been professional and on time.

We had a great experience with them. They came fast and fixed everything in one day. They also were cheaper by a good amount with a better warranty. They had to dig a trench in our front yard for a new main water line and they made sure everything looked nice when they filled it in. Excellent work.

I contacted Simply Better Plumbing and Drain needing urgent help as I had discovered a water leaking sound in my bathroom wall behind the vanity. SBPD (Tom) took my call and was very responsive and shared my sense of urgency. A team was dispatched same day and spent over 2 hrs troubleshooting the sound in an attempt to avoid deconstruction in the bathroom. When it was determined that the sound must certainly be a leak, SBPD (Steve) used the least invasive method (camera) to locate the leak. From that point SBPD demonstrated utmost competence and professionalism in explaining the plan for repair and helping to coordinate 3rd party water remediation. The repair required jack hammering my floor slab to access the punctured water line. All parts of the repair effort were executed as planned without incident. In addition, SBPD worked with me to minimize my costs and in the end were VERY reasonable in their charges. I would particularly like to pay special tribute to Steve for his lead in and detailed attention to the technical requirements and to the needs of an anxious customer. Dino was also a key member of the SBPD team in the final repair phase.

Just decided they didn't want the job. Time is precious and I don't like being jerked around. Call King if you feel like pulling teeth just for a bid. I wouldn't waste my time with them personally.
