Best Bathroom Plumbing Repair in Chandler AZ

I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Jamie just finished up fixing our shower that had been running full HOT for the last 2 months. We had the water heater replaced so we knew it couldn't be that. I gave Jamie a call after seeing him recommended by our neighbors on Next Door and he was able to tell me what the problem was over the phone after answering a few easy questions.Jamie was on time, super personable and all of my pets visited with him as he worked in the bathroom. We feared we would have to replace the shower handle because of how bad the build-up was and it would have been easy for any plumber to suggest it for a few extra bucks, but Jamie wanted to try some other options before having to resort to replacing it completely. Awesome service and very helpful. Had a clogged kitchen drain and they sent someone out within the day to get it fixed and running smoothly. Installed a bathtub and sink plumbing for us. Every plumber that came to our house for our bathroom remodel was very professional. When the bathtub had a leak, they dropped everything and came to fix it. Greg triple checked and made sure everything was repaired and good to go.

We are extremely happy with Rich and the entire process. We spoke with him after having a flood in our garage from our failed tank water heater. He called immediately, was incredibly patient with all of our questions, and made room in his schedule to come the next morning to install a tankless water heater. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, his communication was above par. He texted in the morning to let us know he was able to come an hour early. Again, he answered more questions and did a great job. He also checked in two days after the install to see how we liked the new unit and if we had any more questions!
