The service was outstanding!

This was a company that I called for a quote due to the reviews. I called and 1 of the owners came out and looked at the job. He did a nice thorough inspection and made sure to find all that would be needed. He even found better parts with a better price. All was good.Then when the owners away from house at their shop the quote changed and the quote went up about $300 and every excuse under the sun. A quote is a quote to get job done not some here and some there and you pay us what we want to charge you. Just a big circus show once they left the house. Kinda sad cause he was a nice guy and felt that the price and time of work was good. Now I take my business else were and will never recommend this company.
For the 2 owners I would check the person your working with. You guys are missing out on a nice paying job cause of your partner or both greed and horibble customer service and the way you treat people (like I don't need your money). Kinda sad.

I've used Mr Rooter since 2017, they are fast, attentive and reliable!
Would recommend them to anyone looking for a rock solid company!

Had a 80+ foot main water line replaced from street to house via trenchless pipe replacement by Simply Better Plumbing. Only had to dig up areas around main water box and main line going into house. We were skeptical of this new method at first, but they were actually able to pull new water line underground entire way, i.e. under driveway, landscape and sidewalk. Can't say enough good stuff about this company. Installers were professional, aimed to please and were very amicable to work with. Owner Don swung by and introduced himself and helped with project. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't tell work was performed, landscape back to original condition. They honored their estimate even though they had to do some extra work and price for project was extremely reasonable. Very prompt and good follow thru with customer. We HIGHLY Recommend. Over the years I used Scott many times. Both in our Gilbert home and here in Queen Creek. Seldom asked for a quote. I liked Scott and his work. I called yesterday and the day before. Doesn't have the courtesy of returning my calls. Guess he doesn't like repeat business anymore.

As usual, Phend representative was on time and did excellent work. He replaced a faucet on outside shower and did yearly maintenance on tankless water heater. The only criticism this is the only time we didn’t get a receipt emailed to us

Jeff was very responsive to our need to get the repair done while the ceiling was opened from the leak. Jeff was extremely professional and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Thanks Jeff!

Mike did a great job fixing my leaking shower faucet. He was professional, knowledgeable and gave a very reasonable price, explained everything that was going on and was super informative. The only plumber im calling from now on. Thank you for your hard work!

Mateo did an excellent job. You are fortunate to have him as your senior technician. He brings a lot more to the table beyond his work required for this position. I recommend you find a way to continue to develop and promote him because doimg so will help you and those in your company.

Chuck is not only a great technician but a really good person. High trust and great quality service will result in us using him for all of our plumbing needs. A rare find in the corporate services world of today.

Richard Novak handled my problem with friendly service. He explained what he would be doing and gave me and up from estimate, and later provided me with updates on the project. I am impressed with his professionalism, and he observed my wishes that he wear a mask. The bill was about what I expected. Richard answered all my questions. He cleaned up the work site too.
