Wagner has been nothing but awesome for me. They have replaced a water heater, done some minor electric, and replaced a toilet. I have had Randy for 2 of the replacements. Both times he was professional and explained everything that was needed and why. I also had Levi to do the electric work and he was professional and good at problem solving. So far I have been very impressed. I also like that they send a pic of the person showing up to work so I feel more comfortable opening the door.

Excellent service. Explained the diagnostics to be done for the system. Took pictures of the issues, Presented the repair options based on the measurements taken. Replaced faulty parts after receiving authorization. Tested the cooled air on multiple vents. Josh was polite and through on this job. We are very satisfied with his work.
