1. They responded quickly, and kept me informed with both emails and phone calls as to scheduling and appointments.
2. Provided an professional estimate of the required work.
3. Excellent work performed by qualified plumber.
4. The plumber used a drop cloth in consideration of my clean home.
5. The work performed was best quality, quick and clean solder joints.
6. The work included bringing everything up to CODE, including gas venting and routing a new pipe and connection to pressure release drain.
Both the owner and the plumber were open to negotiating certain aspects of the work like the routing of the copper drain pipe, and to my satisfaction. I could not be more pleased.

Was quoted 125 to unclog a drain which I was told took about 15 mins. They ended up going under the house inspecting my heating and cooling system went farther under than where the drain was. Looked at other drains and gave me a estimte to replumb the kitchen sink and a couple other things. Told me I was getting a good deal from them. Essentially I paid for a estimate I never asked for 160 is what my wife paid as I was at work. If I were home I would have told them to get packing. They didn't even shut the crawl space when they left. Go with a different company

These guys came today. Marcus (plumber) and Morrison (HVAC tech). Very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I had them check out my heating/cooling units and learned quite a bit as a new homeowner. Marcus put in a new water heater and was very detail oriented. He explained so much to me about the unit, its fittings, and how best to maintain it to make it last.
