Had an appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. Called to ask when my technician would show up. Was told that that the technician would call me back to reschedule, but this person should have called in the first place to let me know that they would not be able to make it. Am not going to use.

Chris and Ron came over to check out a minor electrical concern. They were helpful, professional, and honest. I was very happy with their service and the manner in which they communicated. In the past, when I have had strangers over to work in my home, I have felt uncomfortable or unsafe. I can say that Chris and Ron were 100% professional and I felt completely at ease.
