We have used JP Plumbery for over one year now and they are now our go to plumbers. The first time we used them, we had them replace a shower faucet assembly and in the process discovered a previously unnoticed leak in the wall. They diagnosed it and fixed it promptly and at a very reasonable cost. Today they replaced an aging toilet with a modern water-efficient unit, again quickly and efficiently. Their rates are reasonable and their service is superb. Each time I called Dave did a great job of communicating when they could get us scheduled and then called again to follow up. The plumbers are neat and tidy and did a great job of leaving the bathroom in perfect repair. Best plumbers we have ever used!

My mother is in her upper 60’s and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find companies that will not try to rob her blind for house work etc.. The technicians were very courteous and professional and were able to snake most of the clogs we had during the “first round” of service. There was a toilet upstairs that was not resolving unfortunately.

The scheduler / person on the phone (I believe whose name was Evelyn) was rude and not transparent with what she deemed as “separate” vs “same” jobs. We were charged twice for something that should have been added to the first service. Very unclear, unprofessional and rude to deal with. Next time we will take our business elsewhere.

Guy has been our plumber for years. We have found him to be honest in his work and very helpful with information on how to avoid having a similar problem in the future.
