We have been using TLC for the last few years and felt that we always had a good service from them. And Paul was great for our plumbing related issues! But the last time we requested for a thermostat/HVAC related issue, it wasn’t a good experience. They came in time and were good at their work but they charged us a hefty amount, ultimately trying to fool us. The guy said that it was $120 for just coming to the site. I was unaware of the rate so I signed to whatever receipt he gave me at the end. I later learned from my husband that it was just supposed to be $75 flat for the on site arrival. I called the office to clarify this and had another bitter experience. The customer service lady was rude to talk to and was never apologetic for this fraud. The guy acted like he didn’t know about the fees and gave my money back without any issues. This was clearly an act of fraudulence! I am so disappointed with them. I had never hoped for something like this from such a reputed service related business. Never gonna call them again!
