What a great company to deal with. Friendly appointment booker; very accommodating. Technician/Employee arrives within time frame supplied and calls to notify that he is on the way. Very conscientious worker, cleaned up after himself, friendly, answered questions, just great! His name is Kurt, and he is primarily a plumber, but he was able to take care of my winter service call. I've used this company since moving here (approximately 2 1/2 years) and think they are terrific. And, although they discuss purchases and upgrades, they DO NOT push the most expensive ones on you. They explain the differences without making it sound as if taking a mid-priced one will cause your house to blow up!
