Slamming any and all competitors is poor practice and making every effort to discount what the customer has to say is even worse. If you like high pressure sales and an overpriced value add speech, this is the place for you. If you have your own input, please don't speak up unless you feel like being reprimanded. If the culture of the company is like this, I hate to see the pressure on a repair/service call, no thanks.EDIT: They will call code enforcement on you if you make a bad google review or shoo them out of your house. They are vengeful, they are the only company we have spoken to in months for any construction related services, and they are the only people to look at our electrical panel. Today Code Enforcement showed up to say we had illegal electrical work happening on our electrical panel, we showed them we don't have anything going on. Code enforcement left because we didn't have anything happening. We have only started looking for quotes for work, we aren't doing any work. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS, ZERO ETHICS!!!

Our blower motor went out unexpectedly upon returning from vacation. I was referred to Signature Cooling & Heating and they were out at our home the next day. Our repair guy, Gene, was absolutely awesome; quick, professional, straight to the point on what repairs were required and educated us on prevention and prolong the life of our system.
