The owner Alex was such a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and came out right away when our water heater went out. He was so thorough and professional. He took time to explain everything and walk us through our options for replacement. We had hot water again the very next day! My neighbor recommended this company to me a few years ago for the heater and air conditioner. I had an appointment today and Jeremy came out to turn the heater on. His job before mine took a little longer than expected, Charity called to let me know and I really appreciate that she did that. I got a text letting me know he was on his way. When he got here he was very professional and very kind and apologized that he was running late. I had tried another company before this and they were 4 hours late and no phone call or apology and the price was outrageous!
